Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. A treatment session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Deep Tissue Massage

A strong, vigorous massage to release tensions, help to eliminate pain and relax tight muscles. The pressure is firm throughout with deep work in specific areas to facilitate the release of the muscles and provide a return to a balanced state. Although the long term benefits are potentially life changing, this massage is truly deep tissue and may leave your muscles temporarily sore the next day.

Hot Stone Therapy

This is a deeply centering therapy with heated basaltic rocks, which will bring about intense calm and a sense of peace and tranquility. A flowing massage transports you to another place and time. The warmed riverbed stones glide across your body, soothing the nervous system, clearing toxins and gently balancing your body's energy. A must for all those who are in need of revitalizing the body and the mind!

Thai

The client is fully clothed during this massage. Thai Massage is a 90 - 120 minute massage that combines gentle, yoga-like stretching with massage of the muscles, tendons, pressure points and energy lines. Thai Massage is done on a comfortable, restorative mat as opposed to a table. This allows the practitioner to get the body leverage necessary for the stretches and postures characteristically used in Thai Massage.
Sabai is a Thai word meaning "relaxed" or "comfortable" – and that's just how you'll feel after a Thai massage!

Raindrop

Essential oils from Young Living are dripped onto the back and body in combination with reflexology and massage techniques for a customized relaxation experience that helps align and release the electrical centers of the body.

Only $60 for a full 60 minute massage!
Thai Herbal Ball Massage

A blend of traditional therapeutic Thai herbs wrapped then steamed to release their medicinal properties. With slight compression and heat, the herbs are applied to the body’s energy lines, joints and accupoints. It is known to help stiff joints, inflammation and chronic stress or pain related discomfort. This treatment is done in conjunction with massage and stretching. And you will take the herbal ball home with you for future use.
